Asthmatic Medical Alert Keyring and Cards

An Asthmatic Medical Alert key ring & two wallet cards.

The keyring measures approx. 44 x 35mm in diameter and is double sided.

The cards each measure approx. 8.5 x 5cm.  There is space for your name, emergency contact and medical information on each card, and you will receive two cards. 

The cards just need you to write your details on and pop in your wallet, they have the words on one side and blank on the other.

This item is made by us and we can alter the wording on either the keyring or cards to suit whatever you need. Please send us a message.  There is no additional charge for this.
