Alzheimers Medical Alert Keyring and Cards

An  Alzheimers Medical Alert key ring & two wallet cards.

The keyring measures approx. 44 x 35mm in diameter.

The cards each measure approx. 8.5 x 5cm.  There is space for your name, emergency contact and medical information on each card, and you will receive two cards. 

The cards just need you to write your details on and pop in your wallet.

It is single sided, with the writing one side, and blank on the other.
